RARE Patek Philippe Ellipse 3849/4 18K White Gold Manual Winding Full Set

The bezel on this watch is factory-set with 60 brilliant-cut diamonds. The 18k white gold case measures 27x32mm (without crown) and with the inclusion of the ultra-thin caliber 215 manual winding movement the watch retains an elegant thin profile.

The watch features a deep blue sunburst dial with 12 brilliant-cut diamond indices. A cool detail on the dial is the sigma (‘σ’) markings at the 6 o’clock position indicating the use of 18k gold on the dial.

This watch ref. 3849/4 is in excellent condition and comes with the original Patek Philippe box, certificate of origin, and certificate of registered warranty (dated 1989).
